1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the AI Guru Academy website (aiguruacademy.com) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

AI Guru Academy provides AI governance certification programs, educational content, and related services. Our flagship offering is the AI Governance & Fiduciary Oversight Certification program, delivered through a combination of live cohort sessions and self-paced materials.

3. Application & Enrollment

Enrollment in our certification programs requires completion of an application process. Acceptance is at the sole discretion of AI Guru Academy. We maintain limited cohort sizes to ensure quality of instruction.

Upon acceptance, you will receive enrollment instructions including payment details. Your spot is confirmed only upon receipt of payment.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

Program fees are as listed at the time of enrollment. We offer a 3-payment installment plan and enterprise invoicing for organizations.

If you complete Week 1 and determine the program is not right for you, you may request a full refund. After Week 2 begins, refunds are not available, but you may defer to a future cohort (subject to availability).

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, the NEUBoard Fiduciary AI Scorecard framework, and related content are the intellectual property of AI Guru and its affiliates. Certified participants receive a license to use the Scorecard framework internally within their organizations.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without prior written consent.

6. Certification

The AI Governance & Fiduciary Oversight Certification is issued by AI Guru Academy upon successful completion of the program requirements, including the certification exam. Certification does not constitute legal advice or regulatory compliance assurance.

7. Limitation of Liability

AI Guru Academy provides educational content for informational purposes. We are not liable for any decisions made based on information provided through our programs. Our materials do not constitute legal, financial, or regulatory advice.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via our website. Continued use of our services following changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
